South East La Mirada Area

The South East La Mirada Area has seen a price decrease of $29,000 in the last six months. The area has averaged 4.7 sales per month for a monthly price average of $877,000.  The lowest monthly average price of the last six months was $738,000, and the highest monthly average price of the last six months was $978,000. Homes are still selling quickly. Sales for the last six months have averaged 16 days on the market to get into escrow.

Overall, the Southeast La Mirada Area is doing well. Demand for this area has always been good. Especially in the northern part of this neighborhood. The north area is next to the golf course, Reginal park, Behringer Park, and the shopping center.

City of La Mirada

In the last six months, the City of La Mirada averaged 20.3 sales per month. These sales had an average monthly price range of $934,000 to $1,008,000, with an average price of $956,000. The average number of days it took to sell was 17. 

When we compare the six-month monthly average price of $956,000 to the twelve-month monthly average price of $944,000, we can see that prices have increased by $12,000.

Overall, the City of La Mirada is doing very well. The demand for this area has always been strong and will stay strong because of the family atmosphere that the city has always promoted. For a small city, La Mirada has diverse opportunities for all ages. To name a few of these opportunities: Good Schools, Diverse Churches, a Golf Course, a wide variety of Sports and Recreation facilities, a world-class Regional Park, and Senior Services.
