Latest Monthly Stats for La Mirada Neighborhoods

After I posted the quarterly real estate numbers for La Mirada, I talked to several people I knew who live in La Mirada who had read my report.  Most wanted a shorter version that gave monthly information and wanted to know what prices were in their neighborhood.

So, I made a much shorter version. You can now read the real estate market information covering your neighborhood prices in one minute and another minute to read what prices are in La Mirada overall

I divided the City into 13 neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a button on the newsletter for that area’s information. When you click the button for your neighborhood, you will be taken to a page with information for that area and the city overall.  At the beginning of the information page is a map of the area it covers so you can confirm that your neighborhood is in that area. After you find the right neighborhood, you will know where to look when I update the numbers each month.

Hillsboro Collections

Hillsboro Manors

Landmark Area

Lemon Hills Area

North La Mirada

North of Foster Rd East of Ocaso

Foster Rd West of Ocaso

Real Estate News

We have started to see an increase in Dom (Days on Market or days for a home to go into escrow) for homes to enter escrow in LA and Orange County. Also, prices are starting to stabilize and have not increased in many areas. This is due to interest rates hitting 7% and the uncertainty of the economy.  So far, La Mirada hasn’t had its prices affected like other areas.  And our Dom has decreased, indicating our price increases may continue. I will report on prices and Dom every month in my neighborhood reports to inform you how La Mirada prices are affected by interest rates and the economy.
