The six-month average price for this neighborhood was $1,004,000, compared with $1,188,000 for the six months before that. This gives North of Foster Rd, West of Ocaso, a decrease in average monthly price of $184,000 over the last six months. As you can see from the map below, there haven’t been many sales, and several months have passed without any sales. Overall, prices have fluctuated widely over the last 6 months but have remained relatively stable. The lowest monthly average over the last six months was $958,000, and the highest monthly average was $1,050,000.
