I sincerely appreciate the support the people in La Mirada have given me since returning to work there. For those of you who don’t know my background, I was raised in La Mirada, graduated from La Mirada High School, and after high school, I got a Business degree from nearby Cal State Long Beach. Then had a successful career in Real Estate in La Mirada for over 30 years. My next step was to move to Big Bear Lake, where I again had a successful career in Real Estate, and have now gone full circle, back to La Mirada, where I have restarted my career.

In the 40+ years of helping clients achieve their goals when buying or selling their homes, what has changed the most in the real estate industry is the ability to stay in touch with past and future clients, as well as the way homes are marketed. What I have found out in my 40+ years is that people like to stay informed about real estate in their city and neighborhood.

Let’s face it, for most of us, buying and selling our home will be our biggest financial transaction. As far as this month's statistics are concerned, so far, my forecast for 2026 is coming true. Prices have started to come down. The 6-month average for the larger neighborhoods with many sales has decreased by $ 18,000- $ 57,000. This has brought the city's average down by $26,000. You can look at your neighborhood to see how it has been affected so far.

Thanks to your support, here is the ranking of my website on Google for various La Mirada Real Estate searches. They average out to 3.4 on the first page of Google. Of course, they will move up or down some, but no agent provides the information I do. Some of them will copy and paste some numbers from somewhere and hope they get discovered. I feel you deserve better, so I created the individual neighborhood statistics for you.
