Has La Mirada's 0-$900,000 Price Range Continued To Hold Steady?

So far, the 0 - $900,000 annual average price range in La Mirada has stayed the same since 2022.  Our last big jump in price was in 2022, when the yearly average price went from $745,000 in 2021 to add over $55,000 to the average price to raise to $803,000 in 2022.  So far in 2025, we have had an annual average price in the first 2 months of $827,000, which is good news. (See the first graph below) There are many areas in Southern California where prices have gone down in this price range. We must remember that we could still have a price increase this year. We only have 2 months of data so far.  And look what happened to the La Mirada $900,000 plus market this year. In 2022 – 2024, they maintained a level price range as we have in the 0 - $900,000 price range.  Then, in the first two months of 2025, they had a $70,000 jump in average price. We must also remember that sales in this price range are still strong. Although listings have been down by about 10 per month in the first two months of 2025, sales have stayed in the 10 to 13 range. (See second graph below).  It will be interesting to see what happens this summer when we usually have more listings.  If we have more listings, will we get additional sales?  And will we have a price increase like we have had with the $900,000 plus market?
