Use Of Our Multi-Million Dollar Marketing Budget
How we use our marketing budget to get you the most money for your home can be divided into three categories: local, national, and international. In today's article, I will review our local marketing and follow up with our national and international marketing in the next few newsletters.
Like all our campaigns, we start by preparing your home for the Grand Opening. We will discuss any work that we need to do to prepare it for the professional photographer to come in and take pictures and video tours of your home. This is usually a $300-$500 cost that I pay for.
All our marketing campaigns start with our Buyer Delivery System, exclusive to FirstTeam clients, while preparing your home for the grand opening. This system Generates Motivated Buyers and Drives Demand, resulting in the Quickest Sale for the Most Money. The explanation for the Buyer Delivery System is in the first attachment below this article.
Next, we have your grand opening to maximize marketing exposure. This consists of holding an open house, contacting over 70 relocation companies, setting up local print media, and putting your home on over 200 real estate websites. I will also mail 100 postcards to your neighbors, inviting them to the open house.
The open house will be advertised on the websites we put your home on and any local print media that supports that ability. The second attachment below has an example of the print media that we advertise in. We contact over 70 major relocation companies representing major corporations throughout the United States. The third attachment below gives you an example of the corporations they represent, such as Coca-Cola, Walt Disney, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, to name a few.
If you are thinking about selling and would like to see what marketing campaign I can set up to get the most money on the sale of your home, let me know when would be a good time for us to get together.
