Lemon Hills Six-Month Price Summary
The six-month average price for this neighborhood was $1,133,000, compared with $1,099,000 for the six months before that. This gives the Lemon Hills Area an average monthly price increase of $34,000 over the last six months. As you can see from the map below, there haven’t been many sales, and several months have gone by without any sales. The lowest monthly average over the last six months was $940,000, and the highest monthly average was $1,225,000. Even with a $285,000 difference between the high and low prices, overall prices have remained relatively stable over the past six months. This price difference can be attributed to the difference between a typical home in the neighborhood and one that has added more square feet, a pool, or extensive upgrades.

Overall, Lemon Hills is doing very well. The price increase is due to the area's strong demand, which has always been high and is expected to remain so given the neighborhood's appeal. Family time at Creek is a big selling point. This tract is similar to a tract of homes in Orange County, but at better prices than you can get in Orange County.
